I read the ENTIRE report.
Nothing really to remark about other than the fact we will not regain current filing status with OTC Markets until the end of this month.
As of yesterday, EMJI had 6,354,870,081 common shares outstanding. Something of interest is the statement that says "it has not issued any shares since March 31, 2016. I'm not in front of the filing right now, but I'm going to assume those shares were part of the allotment provided to The Scotti Bros @ .0002/share and the other party that only put up $5,000 worth, doesn't get their shares until they come up with the remaining $45,000
