Anyone speak to IR recently?
I am in the camp that there is definitely something brewing.
There is no volume and the price is steady. This means the toxic financiers are abiding by the terms of the Leak Out Agreement and Lock Up Agreement.
This is true even though AMBS is in breach of its obligations to file the registration statement by April 29.
Remember - "As soon as we complete a transaction, you will have your answer."
