Non THC containing CBD is gaining in popularity extremely fast. I explained the benefits as we know them so far to some older members in my family and they were listening. When you make it clear that there are fantastic neurological and even anti cancer benefits without the intoxicating/hallucinogenic effects of marijuana, they have a hard time dismissing it cause it's in newspapers, magazines and tv shows all the time now. That means most people have already been exposed to some of the new CBD knowledge. Actually MJ legalization is still gaining traction. Vermont didn't make it through the house this time, but they clearly stated that it wasn't because they were opposed to it. Instead they said it was because it came at them too fast and they didn't like some of the details of the regulatory structure. They didn't want it too commercial or monopolized. Wanted to keep it in the best interests of all Vermonters I guess. Good for them. Better to delay and get it right than push it through and hand the opponents a bunch of "proof" of why it was a bad idea.
