We're close to being on the same page. Take a look at the benefits of a combined trial. Data fully supports it, and given the patient benefits seen already, totally warrants my line of thinking. Straight to P3? I doubt it as well. Not without reaching MTD. However, if MTD ISN'T a goal, and the scientists & Dr.'s are fully satisfied at 200mg (100mg BD) then what's to stop them from going to a full PIII. Like the BD being in there. Not a clue what it even means other than "BooDog"
