I don't know for sure about short positions

But I know for a fact, some Brokers are in troubles with this ticker.
Banks in Europe stopped trading with HPNN years ago.

I had a letter from my Broker here in Europe Switzerland. He advised me, to delet my Position worthless. He told me, Trading with this Position has stoped and will never be tradet again.
This was before announcing Microsoft deal. !!

I opened a new account, where the Position has to be transfered to.
New account no Problems with trading, buys and sells.
Still waiting for this Transfer, Broker has Problems to do his Job.
Last excuse was, the chill. They can't transfer a Position with a chill.

Hmmm... , maybe he never bought my Position on the open market, few years back. Maybe he opened a short Position in his books.

maybe, I don't know. But for sure, he will have to Transfer my Position to my new account soon.

Because I know, most wont believe this Story, here the letter from my Broker.
