Seafarer, on behalf of Seafarer’s Quest, LLC, had been primarily focusing its operations on this site when the weather permits and funding is available.
Inclement weather, difficult sea conditions, and lack of funding have hampered the Company’s ability to perform exploration operations at this site to date.
If the Company is not able to perform any exploration or recovery operations, then it may have to suspend or cease its operations. If the Company ceases its previously stated efforts, there are currently no plans to pursue other business opportunities.
Why is funding now an issue?
