Not in the least. I was very specific. Clinton kept Saddam in a 'no fly box' and successfully intervened in the Balkans, despite GOP warnings of a disaster. Disaster for Milosevic, as it turned out.
So Clinton, NOT the imbecile that his successor turned out to be.
As I stated, neither Bush nor Obama could get a SOFA that would shield American troops from Iraqi law. That hey needed that at all, is on Bush. So is ISIS.
Obama DID get bin Laden and large numbers of American troops are not bogged down and dying weekly in a pointless war.
So neither Clinton nor Obama have the military disasters on their watches that happened in between their presidencies.
