If the filings are not completed satisfying the SEC by the time the court hearing comes, if it does, IMO that will be the end of Teco. The FINAL REVIEW has now been in progress since Dec 2105. How long does it take.
How this could continue would be all the pissed off Shareholders getting together for a much anticipated Class Action Lawsuit agaont CT for alledgedly using the funds for something else. Or were those the same funds given to the audtiors who got the moeny and made a mad dash to Mexico.
Then how the hell did Treaty get involved with a RM and RS without shareholders permission through out voting rights. Which most likely would have been denied by shareholders like it was by FINRA. The RM was an OK idea, bu the RS would have killed us.
The BOD listened to CT and allowed that to happen. Quite illegal IMO
