I remember reading that Baltia doesn't have to go back to square one and that they will be able to pick up close to where they were and now yhey have an adviser from within the "FAA click" to help get them through the remaining process.
So getting a plane on lease is the key factor and the rest should move along fairly quickly compared to past progress.
