There have been violations, and when the FBAR is deposed it will be known just how many LIES have been told by Kyle the Koward, not just in SEC filings, but also in other communications.
How 'bout those blowers?
You can NOT file false reports. They never obtained a recovery permit for the current site and they NEVER corrected the filings that claimed they did. They simply continued to change the language over the past year or so.
Did Kyle "give up" on that 3rd item?
