Wow. Now we see what a really brilliant lawyer AKA Supreme Court Justice (with great researchers to find precedents) can do. Bravo Supreme Court!
Short sellers ought to read this thing and run for the hills. Getting the cases into state courts and out of the corrupt or inept or underfunded SEC (take your pick, all those theories have proponents) should make it a LOT less profitable when shareholders get made enough to sue.
Anyone here live in New Jersey, whose state RICO act can now be enforced against short sellers?
