I wasn't aware you were asking questions. I read your post as making accusations. But you seem to forget, Huffman invited me to the party, those are his words, not mine. That was in response to my seeking to work out our differences. So if you have an issue with my being here, take it up with him.
Since I have been here I have proof Kyle LIED repeatedly, yet you discount it as mistakes. He LIES, or should I say makes a mistake in a court of law where they were seeking to have someone jailed?
Hunt sends me a letter and suggest I shut up or else.
LET ME BE CLEAR, I want a hearing before the Bar on Huffman's actions.
If Kyle or shareholders wish to sue me, GO FOR IT.
But at some point the evidence in either will be discussed, which is what I do. I am specific, and I asked Hunt and Kyle four specific questions, consistent with FL libel laws, that they refused to answer.
Kyle has this idea in his head, perhaps given to him by Huffman, that you don't first demand retractions and or corrections. In order to make such corrections you have to first show something is false, and it doesn't have to be done in a court of law.
I even said I would never post again if they showed I was wrong. I would have even signed a settlement saying as much. Not everything has to be done in a court room, but it can still have just as much legal jeopardy. For some reason the idea of proving anything seems to be something SFRX avoids.
They LIED about the Defendant banning posters.
They LIED about losing contracts.
They LIED about the gold coins, though a poster here claims they didn't but won't present proof or a name.
Hunt LIED to me and said the company doesn't issue floorless convertibles.
Yet you call it mistakes and say they are just taking a stand, right?
This is amusing., but thought provoking.
Maybe Huffman is the phantom third party that's paying me. Perhaps he paid the Defendant.
Hmmmmm

You are seeking revenge against Huffman. Boy are you doing well. You are lining his pockets with Gold on this case. One way or another you help him keep making money. I wish someone would want revenge on me if it helped me keep making money.
