The paid posters on IHUB are in trouble and they know it since the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of investors and against the criminals. Once the lawsuits start rolling in to the state courts there will be huge changes. Jobs will be lost and some of those posting will no doubt be called to provide testimony.
Can you imagine the sleepless nights knowing the next knock on the door could be a process server? Can you imagine the shame you would bring to your family and friends when what you really do for a living becomes front page news? Some will try to make deals to avoid prosecution but will their testimony be needed? Looking forward to justice being served and a big thank you to the Supreme Court for opening the door a bit. We will know the times are changing when our brokerage firms start refusing to fill buy orders. If they can't be sure of good delivery they won't want to accept the risk of being an enabler and the consequences that go with it. You can also be sure that behind closed doors lots of discussions being held to try and develop a unified response. The times they are a changing and the cost of naked shorting is rising rapidly.
