I don't disagree. I think this was a miscalculation by KBM. I realize the ihubbers think HJOE is simply going to have to pay up, but what they don't realize is Joe isn't some roll-over and play dead insolvent company. They can pay to fight. I think the loan sharks and their puppets on ihub are going to be disappointed with this one.
