I like the "pre-market signal" of the 1.70 trade that scgmck mentioned.
I think we're going to see an attempt to close it lower, but I can't believe anyone with any brains at all would want to be short the stock over the weekend.
One thing everyone keeps forgetting --
what if the judge releases news today, after the close? Who would want to take a chance on being trapped short if it's great news, like sanctions against Rosen, or something like that?
