It would be nice to see the 8k today or even after hours because I expect it will contain the details surrounding the merger and the future of the company we have been waiting for.
The question is if it will address a change in YE to Dec 31.
If they changed YE to Dec 31 we need 1 more 10Q for March quarter end to be current in addition to a Dec 2015 filing to bring iTALK to a Dec YE.
If they keep the August YE we only need 1 more 10Q to be current.
While both reports would contain the merged revenues, a Dec 31 YE would have the greatest amount of revenues because it would have UMS revenues for 60 days (Jan 29 to March 31).
