See page 37. The Judge will amend the Injunction if the Defendant violates it going forward . SFRX will have to prove the Defendant made a false statement. But it's a future event , which is a good thing. I don't think they will try and use a post calling Kyle the Koward a Koward on another board in the future, but you never know with these morons at SFRX. They seem rather desperate when they resort to LYING to the Judges face. And not one poster has shown that post was on a SFRX board. Why not? You ALL know it's another LIE told by Kyle the Koward.

The attorney fees were granted because Kyle LIED about the posts being on the SFRX board, but at the end of the hearing Judge Stephens said if they couldn't agree on the attorney fees there would be a hearing.
Don't let Huffman try and convince you he walked the Defendants DAWG at the hearing. he pretty much looked like an idiot. The Judge told him and Kyle what they need to do to win their case.
The biggest issue for this POS is the current stock price. The Judge explained it would have recovered if it was just a false statements posted. In other words, all this "alleged" readily available information that would show the Defendant lied could be posted.
For some reason it isn't.
13 days until the FBAR is deposed.
To be a fly on the wall.
BTW....Huffman is digging himself another hole. As an attorney he has rules to follow. Not that he cares. The Bar will figure it out one day.
