I posted a month ago that this case would be done by summer. So Rogers could be on the right track here with motion for dismissal . Either hjoe is getting everything they asked for from kbm or hjoe has had it and they or going to try and give kbm a good old fashion beating. But I take it as a good sign that hjoe has released the new product line. I know Casey stated they were moveing forward regardless but to me it's stiil a good sign feeling confident in there case for sure.
