You never really know for sure. You just cannot trust those flippers. They will do anything to manipulate the PPS and they disguise themselves well. Pretend longs on one board and trashing the company on another site.
They will do anything to gain even a slight advantage while they continually flip this up and down like there was no tomorrow.
