That's from the April 7th hearing in which Kyle LIED to the Judge's face about his own exhibit. There will be another hearing, so relax. Huffman and Kyle the Koward were hoping the Defendant would go to jail for exercising his 1st Amendment. Glad to see you approve of such actions. But there were be a hearing on the attorney fees as well. The Judge said so, remember?
But if it's shown Kyle LIED and Huffman stood silent, well....you know.
The letter was from the Bar. All I want is a hearing I am willing to pay for.
We'll see what happens, but there is a review pending.
Oh, and remember, Kyle gets to provide his witnesses that didn't buy or sold this POS when they found out the information was false, as "alleged" in the complaint.
Just two weeks until the FBAR is deposed.
