A few days ago, I sent an email to IR requesting that they contact the TA and post O/S and float numbers once per week. Just received a response via email:
Hello,
IR will request share structure reports on a monthly basis and will post the numbers via email.

I replied, asking for the numbers more frequently (at least once every two weeks, but preferably once per week) to mitigate the incessant bashing with cold, hard facts.
I'll post if I get another response.
