Yeah ... There is all kinds of Bullshit Rumors the SEC and DOJ are watching Tecos every move under a microscope. The authors of those rumors are as clueless as Cher in the movie, Clueless.
One idiot even says Bull is THE SECRET WITNESS and recorded Chris in a pick up truck at a Texas restaurant down on Farm Road 39. Yet that was 20 months ago and still nothing.
IMO the only error the current BOD has made is allowing Chris to make major decisions without the consent or votes of the shareholders. Which would make them partially responsible as it is their duty to protect shareholders assets.
Sadder is they I Hear have over 300 M combined and by allowing CT to do as he is screws them as well.
