It's creative writing...also referred to biased spin. The total population of California is a rough 32% HIGHER than the total population of Texas. By the authors own words....California created a rough 30% more jobs than Texas.
?...yeah....shouldn't that be a given?????
And as I have repeatedly said...a surplus is never a good thing. That is basic Economics....and simple business. When someone says that they have balanced their budget and then ends up with a surplus....they never balanced anything. They had positive shrink....and when the words used are .. huge surplus. ... that is a major red flag in any business. They over taxed while the economy was growing on their own. Excuse me...subsidies played a major role in California's economy. mainly to the Solar industry...so who really pays for subsidies in California with regards to the solar Industry? the entire population does.
