Board members: I have had a few discussions with MODs and will be initiating a post of the day which will be pinned to the information section from 12 noon each day through the following day at noon.

I enjoy reading the many insightful posts by board members whether expressing their support, questions or intelligent concerns about the company. I feel by pinning a post it will allow readers to quickly identify a person's insightful views on any aspect of the company.

I also believe it will give a boost to a poster to know that their thoughts are appreciated and valued. The post of the day will be selected by myself with the recommendations and/or feedback from other MODs before the noon deadline should they be available to comment. Any poster can have a post of the day, whether a moderator or not.

Yesterday I had done it informally by posting Steve Rogers thought about the company and continue to appreciate his insight. Today, after having a couple of brief recommendations from other MODs, thesmalls very insightful and well-thought out post about the direction of the company will be pinned.
