Yes I agree late filings make some nervous but I don't see the company working "on its own time frame" The filings were a massive project for a small company with limited resources abe they are gettingbut dobe the best they can.

It has been a long time but if in the beginning I knew all the filings they had to do and came up with a best and worse case scenario we would be right in the middle of that now. Audits take time and we had 4 years worth including a restatement and a new company.
