I understand now about what You are hinting about.
When I first heard about this stock[3 years ago] I mentioned to Mickey Britt[He recommended this stock to me] that NTEK looked like a stock that Google would buy.
I am even more convinced that a couple of Big Companies have bid for UltraFlix and were were turned down by Management.
David Foley sold one of His companies and look what it got Him.
He is not about to make the same mistake.
If Google, Apple or any of the others want to buy Ultraflix[including NTEK inside], I feel that it will come at a steep Share Price.
That is why it has not happened.
NTEK knows the 4K Movie Market better than anyone else!
