Nope because it wasn't front loaded. The shares came from convertibles and the buyers came because they announced the merger. Is 800,000,000 volume on a 0001 stock that announces a merger with a company generating 16 million in revenue surprising? Not at all imo. All the front loading talk is just another fabrication the bashers started.

The majority of those shares have changed hands several times.
