Wonder how many are offshore, and have connections to some of the onshore MM's and mass market trading platforms, Penson, etc. I don't doubt the DTC/DTCC and FINRA have skeletons hangin' too. Been known for years that the Reg SHO numbers are underreported. Time for a reconciliation and justice for us OTC shareholders.

Instead of all these legal/lawyer ads for class action medical/drug matters, it's time to see some fresh meat looking to take on the OTC ilk and on contingency!
