I don't think there will be a June shareholders meeting. I think they will simply act by written consent. The preferred shareholders now have the votes to carry the day. So there is no need for proxies or an actual meeting.
When they amended the terms of the Series E and Series H, they contemplated that they could act by written consent.
They even gave them a super voting multiplier of 100,000 votes for each share of Series E and Series H.
The common holders get 67.5 million votes. The Series E and Series H holders get (literally) billions of votes.

wd, any mention of the June SHM ? Proxies ?
I don't mean to pry, but I usually get "crickets" when I inquire with IR.
