Have you contacted the Tom guy yet. It sounds like a really great idea.
All the research you have done proves there is a more likely than not chance this is shorted. Of course some will disagree.
I agree something should be done but it will take more than just a few to get the attention.
IMO Mike M would be the ideal person to call the attorney you mentioned as he is he most knowledgable and up to date on this issue
