NTEK came out of R/D just three years ago and they introduce their revolutionary 4K streaming box NP-1 then developed an app for platforms. Developments within this market have been growing rapidly. At shareholders meeting last August the buyout question arose and we were told they had several offers but wanted to increase the value of the company in an emerging growth industry themselves therefore they weren't interested in entertaining buyout inquiries at that time. The company is on the threshold and FY 2017 will be a breakout year making all this dilution and disappointments during the development stage worth while. I expect we will all be green and smiling come xmas.
