Another possibility is holders who bought in the spring 2015 until there was no bid sold as soon as they could, gtc sells at .0001.
They see an opportunity with the filing to get out at .0001 they take it, that is the usual case where stocks are at no bid for some time. I'm sure everyone has been there at some point.
It's another possibility.
I find the fraudulent angle a little hard to believe, Levy and Dea dumping illegally while entering into a reverse merger with a legitimate growing business, talk about destroying a high growth company like UMS.
However, I do see it's possible. Corporate suicide for UMS.
