Front loading means before announcement in my mind. I was fortunate enough to buy share on September 28th due to 8-K.
Are you saying I front loaded? Its a red herring. Why do you think all the bashers keep talking about front loading?
What I see is the following. TALK was and continue to be shorted, but its the naked shorts from 2014 and 2015 that is worried the most for they need to be covered if Levy makes the right call.
I have being saying this for over 5 months now, and I have scene nothing to change my mind.
In fact I see Market makers doing some weird (bid whacking on the ask, five digit trades, the wall at .0028) stuff that reinforce this theory. TALK is a ticking time bomb for naked shorts. Its Levy that is holding up this thing going off.
