No, the WHOLE point is that so far none of the Benghazi investigations have determined any wrong doing.

And the one not yet concluded had one of the most ass-on-fire claims about a military 'stand down' demolished by the head of the Committee, yesterday.
So you and others working this sh*t like a dog working a bone are left with the 'fog of war' intelligence estimates about WTF was going on.
Neither a video nor a planned attack changes the conclusion that there was no military stand down. Nor was there any slackness in protecting all other American embassies.
And the disproportionate 'concern' by GOP politicians about the loss of 4 American lives VS the resistance by Republicans to hearings on 9/11, or the absence of ANY hearings on any of the 13 embassies attacked under Bush, leaves Republicans looking like the moral imbeciles and double standard hypocrites that they are.
