With L2 showing (for weeks now) VNDM (diluter) parked at .0073 and BKRT (diluter) parked at .01 and with daily after hour prints.
Its confirmed old company notes are being processed.
Also with still a few months away from FDA approval, a test & break of the 52 week low is highly probable.
There is zero daily buying interest ... so the note holders have no choice but to lower the PPS to get their $$$'s from the notes.
