Hopefully at the minimum this will be a deterrent to these activities like piracy of songs and movies were. These actions are done now with extreme caution. Heck, I've gone to sites that offer free movies, many have, but today I'd buy the movie rather than take the risk. I love to hear of some actions taken against some of these shorters and manipulator.
