Very interesting. What he wrote definitely suggests a transaction brewing.
One note of caution - I don't believe the company keeps IR in the loop as much as some believe that they do.
As an example, I asked yesterday when the 10K would be filed. IR responded that he didn't have a date but he believed it wouldn't be filed until after they figured out the strategy for ESS.
Well, that was dead wrong as the 10K was filed after hours yesterday.
