Remember the short and distort brigade ranting about a 600k law suit? Well it looks like its was settled for $300k with shares. Whats interesting about this is that it's 150 million shares. That means given the $300k valuation of the settlement that their shares have a minimum price to reflect that fair value at 0.002. Now ask yourself this. If the lawsuit was originally for $600k on money owned. Do you think this fund wants the pps down? No they sure don't. If anything they want they pps close to their original value of funds owed at $600k.
Im sure they'll try to paint this in some negative light, but no matter how you look at it this is great news that we have a fund in here with their invested stake at 0.002. Not only that, TALK was able to settle for 50% off? Sounds like this fund has faith TALK's pps is going up!
"On March 16, 2016, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with the Dutchess Opportunity II Fund, LLC whereby the fund received a warrant to purchase 150,000,000 shares to common stock at $0.0001 per share in exchange for forgiving all principal, interest and fees of the $300,000 note. The Company valued the settlement and accrued $255,000 as of August 31, 2015 against the note payable for a total liability of $615,385."
