No sign that VFIN will sell at .0003 - he is happy to sell at .0004.
Anyone who does not have enough $REDG might want to buy some on the ask at .0004 - remember how hard they were to pick up there just 3 days ago - in addition to bidding .0003.
I expect the .0005 ask to be reduced - only 23M - down from 29M earlier with just VFIN to move up eventually..
