Anyone not already in the queue on the .0003 bid isn't likely to get filled anytime soon in my opinion. At least 25M of that bid is from ultra-longs.
Now is the ideal time for anyone wanting to scale in or add to hit a block of .0004s on the ask when they see the quantity they want is offered from a single MM. Note that VFIN has not come down from .0005 to .0004.
