A couple new things I noticed from the disclosure:
The company is planning to execute a recapitalization plan to raise capital for expansion and reduce convertible
debt by 80%. The plan will include a reverse split reducing the outstanding shares and a simultaneous reduction
in authorized shares. The plan should be completed and submitted to Finra before the end of the next quarter.
