boiler, you ask "why the delay"? Maybe there is information that needs to be provided by the old BOD? Maybe the old BOD doesn't want to voluntarily provide that information? Maybe it has taken a long dragged out court order to force them into volunteering such information for the filings to be completed? I don't know that answer one way or the other so it's just a theory. I'll rephrase my "someone took the money and ran" statement and ask it this way: "who is funding the accountants and lawyers?" If nobody then where did the money from the sale of securities that were supposedly dedicated for the financials disappear to?
