The Kramer boys don't want companies to repay the loans in cash. That's why they have such stiff prepayment penalties. And of course after 180 days none of the companies on any of the loans have the right to pay off the notes in cash. It's all a scam by the Kramer brothers, they only want shares of the companies so they can short/manipulate the share price down getting even more shares and more profits.
