One hopes the reason for the lengthy decision time is due to her extensive research into the whole issue and how the pieces fit together. Sullivan spelled it out in one of his arguments so maybe she's taking it seriously. I would think at a minimum she can see how the lawer for Rosen and the initial two plaintiffs perjured themselves since there is no reasonable explanation for the timing of the article the complaints were based on and the filing of the complaint.

The more cynical explanation is probably more likely...she just hasn't looked at the filings yet and will let the lawsuit go forward when she does look.
