Once again...I called ARMEN at 786 657 2060 he called me back from 305 919 7399...
Q: Word is we are presenting at TWO conferences, but we have only heard of one on 6/1 in NYC. Any truth to the 2nd on 5/31 in NYC?
A: Yes actually. (he was shocked I knew about the other one) The other conference with be SEETHRUEQUITIES on 5/31. We have not announced it because the schedule has not come out yet.
Q: Last we heard, Q1 FINS will have a 3rd party review. Is that certain at this point, and will those FINS be released ontime?
A: Yes, the Q will be released ontime. It will also have the 3rd party review. (so being released Monday)
Q: A quick search online shows we have a PENDING license in New Jersey... Are there any other states we are PENDING in right now?
A: Yes there are. I believe we are PENDING in CT, GA, and PA currently.
Q: Many investors are wondering what the goal is here with all these east coast licenses... What is the main reason, and why now?
A: The main reason is to expand the business to all 50 states. Each state will have doctors who we will have a relationship with, who will prescribe medications that can then be SHIPPED. We are doing this now because we are finally at the point where we will have the ability to with the new robot.
Q: A big question many investors have is MIDAM. We see the monetary effort on the part of the company to get the word out, yet some of us dont see it happening as we expected. Are you happy with MIDAM?
A: Yes I am very happy with them. We consider them PARTNERS. We speak all the time, and see each other several times monthly. They are not a pump and dump mailer type company. They earn their money - not by bringing us VOLUME, but by bringing us to the attention of wall street, and higher level investors. We have a common goal of creating something special here.
Q: The NEW WEBSITE is slated for completion by the END of JUNE. Will that site be SELLING products?
A: The new website WILL NOT HAVE SELLING.
Q: Many EXPERIENCED investors are not expecting to see PROFITS in these FINS. What can you tell those of us who expect to see PROFITS right now?
A: I would ask you to think about how else we can GROW and EXPAND without INVESTING back in the business as we have been? It is important for people to understand that this is a thriving cash-flowing business that is in its VERY EARLY STAGES. I remember a few years back when we had to FINANCE OUR PAYROLL! Those days are LONG GONE.
Q: Speaking about those INVESTMENTS back into the company, is the company going to be FINANCING our FUTURE similar type investments?
A: NO. We will only use CASH FLOW to improve this company. I think that is important to know.
