I think Igloo has spent a little to long in the Canadian north. The cold has numbed his brain. Living in Canada is an acquired experience and requires long line of lineage that is bread into our genes. So best to stay away from Canada as it can be harmful to ones health as it turned out for Dippy Doo doo! LOL
