Sad part is that Cruz was an honest guy who was just taking a leap of faith and things just work out, mostly due to inexperience and control issues. I think the new setup has some of the same goals as he did but the timing isn't right yet. They seem slightly cut from the same cloth in regards to big plans and inexperience and although they have issued shares since RS I think it's minimal and they are coming around to the task at hand. Time will tell and like you say the sector is in its infancy. I'm just waiting it out.
