A poster on an OCAT board I followed always said he expected a drastic fall in share price right before any major positive news. His belief was based on his experience investing in biotech stocks. I believed him to be a sincere long term investor with much more experience than I. While he says he saw this happen numerous times, he could not explain how or why it happens. I'm actually kind of excited about the current share price decline. I'm expecting a moonshot in the near future
