Gmornin' folks and happy Friday da 13th !!! 
Sitting here this morning pondering the whole of the situation from a few years back, to date.....and I began to realize that the whole damn thing really makes no sense at all.
What I mean is that basically, Here you have the Lakeshore thing, and then you have the H/C thing.
Now, any RATIONAL thinking person would think....well, wait a minute, because all considered, along with documentation, those folks at CEN do have a really good case. They are in the process of suing our collective ass's off......and , the longer we wait, and put the process down the road.....the more it will cost us to dig our way out of this mess.
So, to me......I start thinking about , what is it that they think they will gain by the long delays, when in fact, they are continuing the process of delaying the company to do business and causing us to loose more and more money, growth, etc......??????
Now, it may just be me.......or........maybe it is just bad luck to be thinking of this on Friday the 13th, and that is why I can not come up with even one rational answer.......? But, honestly....I can not...
So, I will just go on through my day, feed the animals, enjoy the sunshine we're getting here today.....and try not to rot my brain with efforts to figure out government logic. Sometimes ya just gotta wonder how they even got in office. JMO of course....GLTA
