It reads much more powerful than that Mav IMO.. "postings not sufficiently related to the wrongful actions". That's a much stronger statement than not part of the lawsuit.
Notwithstanding, the disclosure of entities who have made postings on
IHub cannot be permitted because those postings are not sufficiently
related to the wrongful actions of Defendants Calissio, Adam Carter, and
Signature Stock Transfer as alleged in the underlying civil case. The
motion to compel is denied.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the motion to compel, ECF No. 1, is
DENIED.
